HEAL Access platform accessibility statement

Last updated: September 7, 2026

HEAL Access is committed to making its platform accessible to people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA to guide the design, testing and improvement of the platform.

What this statement covers

This statement covers the HEAL Access platform, including its patient and care team experiences. It does not cover the public HEAL Access website, which is assessed separately.

Using the platform

We design the platform with clear navigation, labeled controls and forms, keyboard access, readable content and support for assistive technologies. We assess these features as the platform is developed and configured.

Accessibility status

An accessibility assessment has been carried out across the MyHealth and MyCare experiences. We are using its findings to prioritize improvements and will test the affected features again as changes are completed. WCAG 2.2 AA remains our target for the platform.

Areas we are improving

Some dialogs, forms and table controls do not yet provide full keyboard or screen reader support. We are improving their focus behavior and labels. We are also reviewing text and interface colors to improve contrast.

We are prioritizing changes to shared components so that improvements apply across the platform. Further accessibility testing will check both those changes and areas not covered by the earlier assessment.

Help and feedback

If you have difficulty using the platform or need information in another format, contact us at accessibility@healaccess.com. Please tell us what you were trying to do and what support would help. We will work with you to find an alternative way to access the information or complete the task.

How this statement was prepared

The platform was assessed across 16 MyHealth and MyCare screens using automated checks, keyboard testing, screen reader testing and manual color contrast checks. This statement will be updated as improvements are completed and further testing takes place.
